They shut own the drags Saturday after what appeared to be an accident at the North end. Anyone see what happened?

I saw them strapping someone to a backboard, but I didn't see the actual accident.

I got there Friday evening the 27th and the LEO's had it closed, lights at both ends. Came back 30 minutes later and it was on. The dust was just hanging there, really bad visbility. Saturday was better.

My cousin is the one who rolled on Friday, he was goin down the drags about 75 mph and another car pulled in to the lane he was runnin, he slammed on the brakes to stop from rearending him and the car got sidways and rolled 5 times sidways, he got 8 stitches in the forehead and he got the worst injury, his wife is just sore and my daughter ripped off a finger nail from holding on to her seatbelt. The car held up very well and just bent a trailing arm and the roll cage! Thank god the car was built extra sturdy cause things would have been a tons worst!

Was it the orange car. I cant believe how well it held up. If so I have pictures of the accident. I will post up latter. Glad he was ok. I should also have pics of one of Pratts cars that rolled on a huge bowl.

We saw the orange car Friday night, looked to have held up well. Saw the dude being strapped to the back board, glad he is ok. We had just got done running the drags about 15min before that. I always run down the middle just to avoid some one pulling out from the crowd.

Saw the aftermath of the Pratt roll. We just came around that big bowl just when they were getting ready to leave.

His car held up VERY well for rolling 5x, the air filter it the only thing that came of the actual car! He poped the driver front off the bead and bent it a little and bent the roll cage and the seats got shifted. He held up just as well, he stuffed his stitched up head in his helmet the next morning and was out riding his quad at 10am the next morning like a champ! I have a few pics of the car back at camp I'll post when I get home but would like to see any other pics anyone has!

The car that pulled in front of him didn't come from the side , they were running down the drags also and just pulled over in front of him with out looking behind to see if any one was coming, from what I've heard sounded like they were pulling to the side to go back to the start
