Well...Im the guy that does exactly what you are not supposed to do and use my scissor jacks pretty much to level the trailer even if i was on a cliff! Just crank it more!!!
Well this weekend with the all the wind on satuday the sand erroded under my support pads leaving the jacks a tough job of lifting at really wierd angles and finally BAM with a loud thump one gave way and smooshed it self up good.
Are there any new toys out I should know about?
Or should I just go get another set of the biggest jacks I can find? WHere should I be looking?

i used to use 4 harbor freight bottle jacks, they would lift the motorhome

After I try to find the levelest piece of ground to camp on, I just use a couple of bottle jacks and 2X4's to level out the trailer and my scissor jacks to support them.

ebay had some 7500 pound jacks in 2 or 4 quantity, scissor jacks that is. says they are the highest rated on the market. You might check those out.
