The Staff has put him at 2.5 to 3 years of age and I'm sad to say he's been in a cage since OCTOBER. Almost two months in a cage yet this boy still shows love and has lots of energy. As you'll notice in the photos below, he is SUPER SKINNY. This is one boy that would benefit from being taken out of a shelter environment. If you are not able to provide a permanent home, can you maybe foster the dog and get some meat on his bones? Let me know, please. His adoption fee is $36 which includes a one-year license and his neutering surgery.
