hey tron....do you have AIM?

i know its nice....I want a desert/track/jumping/racing quad..which one will be the best..and for a 200 lb rider..i want your true opinions and not just say...HONDA!! or YAMAHA! because you like them better...

I say the yamaha is the best for track and jumping, how tall are you? if you are tall then the honda will be a better choice

YFZ 450, if you are for several reasons, if you want the bike to loose some more weight, Yamaha has a kick start kit that lightens it up by 26lbs or so. stock for stock honda and yamaha both are right at 350 lbs. also Yamaha upgrades are more available and seem to be a bit cheaper, In my own opinion and the fact that I own a YFZ, it is a better race hard pack type bike, the honda does seem to be a bit more plush, but for all out holy crap power and performance, I would say Yamaha.

thats a pretty bold statement, I have nothing against predator, but I wouldnt say it is the best bike, nowadays its all operator, you have to know how to ride the bike, remember there are other places than the hill to go to, my bro kicks my ass up the hill, YFZ vs. Raptor, but there is no way on God's green earth he can keep up with me through the dunes, if I wanted to loose him.

P.S. Why not just buy a bike that kicks a$$ up the hills AND through the dunes (ie. Predator)?

R u saying you can kick his a$$ through the dunes in reference to your skill or the bike?



I am referring to my skill level, the bike handles awesome, but I was just proving my point, just because its faster in a straight line, and you can beat people up a hill, does not make the bike the best bike and you the best rider.

WE HAVE BOTH AND OUR YFZ450 IS NOW A 470 BIG BORE BUT WHEN I RODE THEM BOTH WITH JUST A EDDIE SANDERS COMPLETE EXAHUST I THIK THE YFZ HAS MORE TOP SPEED WHERE THE HONDA HAS ALOT OF TORQUE. IT IS TOTALLY UP TO YOU. WE ARE USING THE TRX450R FOR DESERT RACING AND TRACK.
