No doubt many more - they seem to be selling quite well.
Oh, and thanks for adding one more post about a 450!

All these question you guys are asking can be answered on the 450 websites, and will be answered by people who actually have one of these bike not just by the few on this site that have one or the guys who respond who think they know the answers because they've seen one in the dunes!

Had 2 strokes for years and I was with you with this opinion until I bought a 450. They're never going to be faster than the built banshees etc... but I ride my 450 and enjoy the dunes alot more than by banshee. hmmm let's see mix gas, foul plugs, horrible gas mileage, new top end every year or 2, or pour in the gas and maybe rebuild every 8 years if you ever even have to!

Actually, this is a very good place to get info on these machines. Most of the people who are responding to these questions are adults who ride these bikes in the sand. Not only that, you've got a pretty good chance of meeting the author and forming your own opinion of their real knowledge level. The quad specific sites certainly have a lot of knowledge, but you have to sift through a LOT of infantile teenybopper crap and other riding environments to get to the knowledge base. Also, you have a smaller chance of that face to face you can get here.
shovelboy...here's a couple sites for you:
http://www.atvconnection.comhttp://www.yfzcentral.comhttp://www.exriders.comhttp://www.bluetraxx.comhttp://www.z400central.comthat ought to get you started, and I'm sure you can search on those, and find more

I know, I know...I've had some nightmares about going to the dark side myself lately, but then I hear rumors Honduh is working on a TRX650R and decide I can wait a little longer before caving...

I own a Banshee, and my fiance' owns a yfz450. I get the enjoyment of riding both!!!! Laura's 450 has a pipe, jets, filter, and cam mod, and I was passing some pretty fast banshees on it!!! The best thing is when I burn almost 3 tanks of gas in my banshee, and she only burns 1!!! The days of 4 stroke machines being total terds are over!!!

yeah i know 2 strokes suck alot of gas but i fixed that on my banshee. i put a 4.0 gal and havent had one problem running out of gas and even out rode a 400ex on gas mileage.
i love my baja tank.

I have a 4 gal and I go through 2 tanks before the 450's out. Also, for duning and info this is a good site. What I meant was why get info from people who don't own the bike when you are talking directly to people who have the bike.

uh, I only own three of them, but no doubt those other boards have people that own 4 or 5....
sorry, i'm going too far on this, please don't take it personally, I'm just overly protective of this board and the peeps on here that I have met and that have helped me with everything from jetting to balloons.

I agree. The people on here are great and I've got alot of good info from them. I know there are alot of people on here that have this bike, and guys like you and "24v" and a few others always have good accurate info on the bike. I just feel that people could get alot of different input and more responses by a site that has nothing but people who own the 450. I just hate getting tech responses from 2 wheelers and buggies guys who don't own one of these bikes. Didn't mean to come across as a D!@K!!!
SHOCKER
