Anyone have any feedback on them? I know they are a board sponsor but I've never seen one and am interested so I'd love any feedback on the product - the good, the bad and the ugly!

Thanks!

I also am curious about these trailers..like the fact that you can order it and do the upgrades you want and still get it in a short period of time.

I have owned my Dunesport monsoon for almost 1 year now and love it! The guys down there in Arizona are fabulous to deal with and are very helpful. It was a very difficult decision to make a purchase that large online. I know the feelings that you may be having about a purchase that is so large.

The camper has been fabulous and only a couple of small items that you would have from any purchase like this. I have spoken to many people about their toyhaulers and other Travel trailers and most have experienced small items.

Dunesport does offer a extended warranty that I did purchase that is honored most anywhere including roadside assistance. I spent the little extra for the peace of mind. Besides we live in Colorado.

My genny had a small issue that was warrantied by ONAN and the repair was completed by a certified ONAN repair shop.

I have spent about 85 nights in my camper since last Feb so it has seen lots of use.

I checked out a few different models prior to this one and they are comparable to any of the big name brands out there if not better since the price was right.

If you have anymore ?'s let me know and maybe I can help. Picture wise Chance and his crew down there have more pictures than I could ever send you on their website. I can just give you my opinion and what we have experienced with ours!

I have there 15 foot hauler with fuel station and the pull down bed. I have only had it for about 4 months I have taken it to Colorado and some lakes around here it has been great so far. . I did every thing over the phone and fax and picked it up at the manufacturer in Hemet . It pulls straight it is light and had everything I needed.

We have had ours for a year and a half and love it! Chance and the whole crew are so easy to work with and prompt. I had a few small issue that were handled right away. One thing I really like is that when I needed to replace a thermostat that was sticking they gave me the option of just having the part shipped to me so I didn't have to hassle with bringing the TH in to the shop for something I could replace myself !!! A lot of small details with them make a HUGE difference! I'm in their happy customer section showin them love! I have 19ft Phx and it is huge inside, the only complaint I have is with the design itself, the roof is so tall that I have to stand on my tippy toes to reach the ac and I'm 6ft tall! Just got a step stool for the wife and problem solved! Another good sign about them is they are moving to a new bigger location which is pretty darn good in this economy.

Well I just got a new 2011 16'firestorm. New to hauling and had a wight limit. They seemed the lightest so I called and asked lots of questions. I was assurred it was 3,580 so I could still get my bikes in and stay under 5,000lbs. they seemed so nice and helpful. They told me mid to late june(6-8weeks) for delivery. Then it went downhill. They date changed to late july...then maybe sometime in august. I had to threaten to cancel to get it deliverd by the end of July. For a hefty fee they delivered it 1,600 miles to my house in Indiana. They didn't quality check it first. The rear door seal was torn, the cabinet was chipped, panel cracked, decals put on poorly, exterior lights on crooked, screen door had screws falling out and door damaged, and couch pulled out of wall. I took it on a trial run without my bikes loaded. On that trip the sinks leaked(fittings were loose), 2 outlets didn't work, and awning pins don't pop out to adjust awning hight. Then I find out it is over 700lbs heavier than I was promiced. It will also be in the shop for at least 3 weeks(they are all backed up). When I confronted Chance and wanted compensation for all the issues, hastles, and it being overweight he told me they would DENY anything they told me over the phone and I should've gotten it in writing. I already contacted the BBB and will soon be contacting the attorney general and an attorney. their website is deceiving...He also told me he has many people that tow his trailers with the same vehicle as mine....there is even a picture of it on the website. Well I found him and he had problems with his too and it was also almost 1,000lbs over what he was told and had to sacrifice taking one of his quads. All they care about it the sale. Maye they are just getting too big for themselves and I know they changed manufacters this year. Maybe that is why mine is a POS! There is no excuse for falsely missleading the consumer. Now I have a overpriced toyhauler for the quality that I'm scared won't have durablitly or value. buyer beware!!!
