Just wondering how many of you plan to hit the dunes Easter weekend? I know it is a big river weekend, but wanted to see who is brave enough to play in the sand and not care about the heat,

I'll be in Gordons the 9th-11th. If the heat scares anyone here, they're in the wrong business. I'll be bringing plenty of . Maybe if I bring light so I won't have to worry about drinking water. I'll try to make this a calm weekend. No sense in getting hurt on the last weekend of the season. *knocks on wood*

just got back from gordons yesterday and damn it was nice out. yeah it did rain on us friday night til 9 or 10pm then after thatt he wind came up alittle (only enough to blow the clouds) and it turned out to be a beautiful weekend. it is and may be choppy cuz it did rain hard out there thrusday and early friday i was told but it was still cool on sunday when there wasnt a cloud in the sky. its alittle warm in the sun but thats the sun.

im sore as hell (put almost 80 miles on the bikes) but it was all worth it.

i didnt go right home. that crash was in the morning. i bent back what i could, threw the tire back on the bead, and headed for test to run. i wanted to dune to pattons but i never did get my tire back on the bead right. after that we came back and i had some more trouble with the right rear paddle, fixed that then hit the drags for about 2-3 hours and raced most of the time. we left after at about 8:30PM saturday night.
