Im looking to stuff my sandrail in a toyhauler. Giong to tow it with my motorhome. Kicking the kids out of the pusher. Well anyway what is the smallest toyhauler I can get an SCU
sand car in. Sand rail is aprox. 16.5' and 8'wide. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Have that, Fleetwood pusher. Do any manufacters make anything like in the 24-28' lenght. I would consider new or used. Just got to get them kids out of the motorhome, tired of the mess, wee game, clothes on the floor, running out off water, etc etc......

How old are the kids? An enclosed trailer with fold down bunks and an extra fuel and water tank would be lighter and cheaper than a toyhauler. I have 2 kids left at home and when they are gone, I want to go back to a camper and an enclosed trailer. If the kids want to come, they are welcome. The can sleep in the trailer, on the ground, or in the back of their truck. On another note, would the kids keep the toyhauler clean or would that be up to you when you get home?

Would like to stay under the 30' lenght. I found a couple of trailers, but they would have to be modified. Any toyhaulers with a 96" rear door opening out there?????

The WW's have 96" door. I had to put one drive on fender well and ratchet my front end together to get my SCU in there. It's a WW FS30. You should be good with a FB26 but obviously you'd need to measure it first.
I also got Allied wheels that are 10.5 wide with a 3.5" (or close to that) back space to keep the rear end of the car at 94-95". Front is 84" with the ratchet strap.

a 25' front bath will work easy

^^^^^^ what he said ..lots of front baths and they are much cheaper and sooo much more cargo space

I have a 26' Carson FB. Its the smallest trailer that would fit my car which is about 17' long. I'll bet your car would fit in a 24' model. If I'm not mistaken, the Carson has the most cargo length for the size and is probably the least expensive.

It must be ruff being a kid today. My brother and I had a tent to sleep in while our parents stayed in the moho. They still sell them, tents that is. They even still make sleeping bag, who would have thought. dunno.gif

I found a couple of Carson that would fit my rail for under 10K. They were all 06 and newer and seamed to be all in good shape. The only Issue I came across was the back door was at 94" Other than removing my wheels, or getting new wheels, has anybody modified the rear door opening, and what do i do about the wheel well distance, Im at 87" Carson is at 80" Can I drive over them. What is the quality off this trailer????
