haha this brings back a memory back when i was in my early 20's i had a 4x4 truck and thought i was cool... well i took a slut out that my parents hated out in the hills and in the mud while it was raining and you guessed it i got stuck bad just like that guy.... nothing worse then calling dad at 3am and telling him i need to get pulled out... i can still see the look on his face when he showed up... PISSED

I took a fat chick out once in my Toyota to the trial up in Ortega and got stuck. Had to call my buddy to come get me. He called me the Beastmaster for years after.

Ha ha ha.. nah.. thats me .. ABC.. no joke though, We got to the big mud hole and see the red rig in the water, but didn't see any people, windows up, didn't seem to be running.. they roll down the window and I can smell the weed from 100 yards away.

We run into 'the man' a lot up there, although I'm sure all the leo's were occupied elsewhere. Still, they might not want to burn where they were.

Maybe they have the medical card..

I'm probably gonna go back on the weekend if we get more rain. My son (12) wants to go.

My WW is getting some work done. So long as it is fixed, I'm going next weekend, 1/30, but unfortunately, I'm gonna mis Pres. weekend (ONCE AGAIN!!) as my wife put her foot down and we've rented a cabin in Big Bear. The wife n' kids prefer skiing to duning. I don't ski or snow board (no coordination) so I'm gonna run my jeep up there.

Just got a winch so I need to get that installed before then.

Starting 2/26 (next trip after 1/30), I should be on Gecko every other weekend until the heat comes.

Lets hook up for some epic dune runs!

CJ was on a good one when I picked him up.. I played catch up as best I could.. went to Sushi with the wife when we got back and 'set it off right.' After pulling them dudes out I crossed it (slowly) to 'get back on the horse.'

No more engine hydro-locks for me (which I did 3 weeks earlier in that spot)!

MEGA UPDATE.. I pulled my Jeep ad from GD.com.. only was selling my jeep to apeze the wife for buying the rail and set my price at $27k($25k firm) .. no biters.. cool I'll keep it.. well dude saw my Autotrader.com add and is giving me $25k for the jeep for his daughter.. doesn't even have a license and has a full ride scholarship to Washington State for volley ball.

Lame.. but it will be gone this weekend.. if business is good. I want to purchase a car for actual RACING.. I'd like to do Class 1, but need to understand the costs first... might work a lower class first..

We'll see how bizz goes..

Or.. I might buy a full V8 Dana 60 Jeep..
