Up here in the Bay Area there's an amazing pizza place. The line is usually out the door around the corner on a busy day. It is the most delicious pizza I've ever had. Whenever someone from out of town comes to visit this is what I like to share with them. This is a take and bake pizza. They will half way cook a pizza for you to take home and bake back up in your oven. I let the crust burn a little because thats how I like it. Pepperoni, olives, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, EXTRA garlic on top. MMMmmmm mmmm.

But they can turn down the heat so it cooks slower without burning the crust....

Indeed its yummy!! Whatever you do, don't click the pics to full size... that 1 click will cost you thousands of calories when you feel the need to gorge on whatever is nearby.


Pssst, Crusty, I said I burnt it because I like it that way.. its a take and bake. They bake it half way and I finish it how I like. I'm one of those weird ones that love burnt marshmallows, burnt toast, burnt popcorn.. wait no I hate burnt popcorn. Bleh.

there is a place in Petaluma called Old Chicago's you should try sometime very good

crappy, its called Zachary's. Its won a butt load of Zagat awards and local awards for years and years. They opened 2 more locations recently but thats it.. no franchising. There's one in Oakland, one in Berkeley, and one in San Ramon. I'll look up that pizza place when I head up to the north bay. Thanks for telling me!

OMG, I love that place. I've been to the one in Berkeley and what I wouldn't give for a piece of that right now. If TD reads this maybe he will take me up there for our anniversary that's coming up in a couple of weeks.

I could always mail it to ya packed on dry ice if he doesn't..
