I'd like to start off the year and bring attention to a great thread. This is a thread that started on Aug 21 2006. I do not frequent the thread however it has been brought to my attention many times over the years. It is the "Pay It Forward" thread:

It is now 36 pages strong and many good things have developed over time like free stuff that helps someone else, some good friendships and just a great attitude towards our fellow duners.

Everyone that participates by giving, I tip my hat but the two that started it all get my nomination for Duner of the Month. It was initiated by two members: t-tate and San Diego Duner.

Great job guys.

Thanks WildBill but really things were started by Tim. He went out of his way to help my friend get his bike up and running again. We actually rebuilt his motor with the cylinder Tim donated without having the bore freshened up and he ran it that way for two seasons.

Thanks Bill . I've been away from the Glamis scene for a little while but I do still check in here every now and then. I apreciate the nomination but there are definitely a whole lot more people more desrving then myself. This board is filled with a bunch good hearted down to earth people who go out of thier way on a regular basis to help out a fellow duner. I am not at all suprised that this thread has done so well over the years.
