If and when a situation arises, are you willing to step in, step up, and handle it? In hindsight, there are many times when it may not have registered. Take note, those times are many, and when they happen, be that person who steps up, and tackles it head on.

Its hard to be the person to step up and be criticized for doing the right thing, but to be the one to make a difference is well worth the cost of judgment.
When its time i am sure there will be a few that will step up and those are the ones that will make a better future for all of us..

Wise words, as usual Stickman!
Risk assessment is a big part of this... not sure I would walk into a KKK meeting to tell them they are all nuts because it is the right thing to do. But I do know I will do everything I can to keep those close to me out of harms way.

Doing the right thing when no one is around is hardest, but most rewarding.
