dont quote me on this, but i think with that much power in a small car, it would just always wana wheelie especially when you get on it in the dunes going through turns...would be fun and fast as hell!

thats the route I was going...then started thinking a subi motor... then the north star...
Why not do a mid engine subi with a north star rear engine. Just run a switch to flip between the 2 different motors. You could also run the ecotec in the front of the rail with front wheel drive so if the subi or north star ever broke down, you could have a reliable backup..

That thing has to be one of the first sand demons ever made, cause if you look at the rear bar that is over the engine, tatum hasn't built one that high for as long as I can remember.

You wont get much for the frame and it will take a long time to sell especially now the season is almost over. The car is worth more as a whole even though its a tatum (jab jab).
Youd be taking a greater loss money wise. but its your choice. I aslo recommend driving a car you are going to buy first. Make sure its what you want. Make sure the shocks dont sqeak. Make sure it dont get stuck all by itself .
Any one of the builders have cars and should take you on a test run. Just my 2 pesos

Ok back to topic...I think selling it as a whole would get a better price. I'm wondering if the guy you bought it off told you it was a 2008 when in fact its a 2002-05 possibly?????
If someone wrecks their car and puts it back together with new parts it doesn't change the year of the car. I just hope the guy didn't try to pull a fast one!
Good luck on the sale.

just think.... so-cal peeps...... if you had a 2008 title.... you can run what ever power you want.....
Not so...
I think they retain the right to go back to 2006.. Could be mistaken.. But I think anything 2007 and over made by the manufactuerer had to have CARB.
