Well your truck is very cool and hauls some (_|_). Seems to work well!!!
Couple of questions for you.. Who made the tailgate? Its a nice addtition and makes it look more like a truck. Does the over the roof duct work to cool the motor? I did the same thing on my truck and hope it cools it. Who built the motor?
You should have dbart do some renderings and put a nice paint job on it and keep it.. Its one of a kind and a nice toy...

The tailgate was done at PPS. The over head scopes do work. turnkey did the motor. and the reason im selling it is because i don't want any thing with dales name on it and i want to build a class 1 car. whos dbart?

SANDTRUCK,
I had a RACER buggy and I currently have 2 RACER trucks, and they both work perfectly. Additionally, their RACER DANZIO Class 1 just qualified #1 at Primm today. Seems strange that you would write terrible things about RACER, yet you are quick to ask $147,000.00 for your RACER Truck. RACER must make a decent product.
I realize you are just a young man, so let me give you some sound advice. Intelligent people realize there are always 2 sides to a story, so bashing someone on this forum only discredits YOU. I have met you and your not a bad kid. My advice to you is (don't hide behind a keyboard and attempt to discredit others because ultimately, you will lose the respect of everyone.)

18??? WOW congrats to some sweet success or the Luck of a great family!!! The truck is so sick regardless... I agree most I have ever seen from Dale @ Racer is bit chen stuff but like said there are 2 or 3 sides to the story!!! Sucks you had a bad experience but wow it is a sick truck!!!

Thanks i agree that there are two or three sides to a story but i don't know any thing that i did wrong to dale paid on time and in full so what else is there?

Wow, am I missing a few threads on this site or another? From what I have read, this kid only responded to questions that were asked to him and didn't seem too harsh. Obviously he has had a bad experience and is willing to discuss things in person without spreading too much on the forum.....
I met this kid out at Olds. on Saturday and he seemed real respectful and generally a nice guy. He took the time to stop and answer questions to my whole crew and had nothing harsh to say then.
I too, have had a really bad experience with a class 1 build and I can tell you I wasn't as nice as he was being. I do not know the circumstances, but like everyone knows, there are definately two or three sides to every story.....
sandtruck, I think you have a real fine machine there. I have never owned a Racer car or truck but I know they have a good reputation of building a nice product. I think you should consider keeping that truck, it is awesome to me. I think it was the best handling vehicle and possibly one of the fastest out at Glamis on President's Day Weekend!
On another note, if Racer is charging $95k for a finished product, as mjmtrsprt is claiming, and this kid paid $125k and didn't get a finished product, in a timely manner, he has every right to be a little dissapointed. Just my $0.02 on this matter......

Just because Racer has built some great cars, doesn't mean they're a great company. I think everyone here remembers what happened with Revenge racing. If someone had a bad experience, let him voice his opinion. Don't bash someone just because they don't have the same views as everyone else. Sand truck ! Can i ask you a question? You say you payed 125 at racer and you were ripped off. And now you want 147k for the truck ? Hmmmm ... Not sure if im missing something here.. I think there was another racer truck for sale for 6 months for 60k. It ran perfect and is a very nice truck. Several threads on how everybody loves that truck. So you sayin yours is the only one that is right, is alittle misleading. I know for sure 3 new racer trucks will be done with in the next month.. Dave , Danny and Jason are each getting new ones. I dont think any of those guys will believe half the B.S . your posting on here.

Wow, if I was these three guys I would live at Racer and protect my investment until my truck was done. Unfortunately rumors coming from current employees about a struggling business are usually true...combine that with the owners house being raided and foreclosed......I'd be real cautious.

Let me tell you something HIGH HP yes i paid (by the way learn how to spell paid) 125 at racer and i don't think its a rip off if you get a finished product on time and al the parts you wanted instead of the builder giving you parts of his shelf he wants to get rid of. Obviously you must not have looked at all the post that said that after i got it from racer i took it to pps and i also said that i had way more than a 147,000 in it do the math RETARD! I hope that the three guys that are getting the trucks built get there moneys worth (which they probably wont) because wouldn't want them to go through what i did with Dale.

Wow if some of that stuff is true on rdc about Racer then sounds pretty bad. The whole stolen travelon car that was said to be stolen that was found with a different paint job at his shop, sounds pretty bad from here!
