We all knew it was coming...still bitter sweet.

Props to LT for being a stand up guy and adding value to the Franchise

It was time, LT had lost faith in the team and the team had lost faith in LT. I still hope he goes somewhere and gets his ring.

he was very good in his prime. but he will cost way too much and wouldnt be able to give a good return for his $$

Yeah, defiantly time. The play calling for him didn't help him too much, but I think he may be done anyway. He's the king of turf toe.

A ring would be nice, but it would really suck to see him go somewhere and end his career on bad note after being as great as he was.

Now I need a new jersey, Kelly and I both have jerseys from players who no longer play for the Chargers.

Me too...thinking Weddle or Jackson....I just don't know about Jackson since he's such a duma$$ off the field....

I just hope the Chargers aren't planning on making Sproles their #1 running back. He sneaks through for big runs when they're not expecting him to get the ball, but defenses had his number when he took over for LT in those few games. He didn't produce good enough numbers as a #1 running back.

That makes them Throwbacks and now they are worth more

Put LT on a team w/ a fullback that can lead block and he'll will get some good yards. Production went down for LT when Lorenzo Neil was sent packing.

The team gave up on LT two years ago, many drives he was sitting on the bench, not even in their plans? The Rams did the same thing with Marshall, these are hall of famers that the coaches pushed them out too soon. You can't expect a good running back to do well with only 8-10 touches a game.
