For those out of the area, Amber was abducted without a trace about 1 year ago as she walked to school.

Escondido PD just annouced that they found her remains in the Pala area of North San Diego.

My guess is that POS that was arrested last week for raping and murdering Chelsey King is responsible and gave up some info that led them to the site.

I really think we need to bring back speedy, public executions for people that do this kind of stuff to children!!!

Probably a plea bargain. Most likely a deal that they won't go after the death penalty.

It wouldn't surprise me if he's a serial rapist/killer. His first violent attacks happened ten years ago and a couple of his victims were lucky, because they were able to escape. Between that time and now how many others did he attack and rape and were never heard from again? He was sloppy with Chelsea King, probably because he thought he had gotten away with Amber Dubois and felt invincible.

I'd feel better to watch him burn now....ALIVE.

Be serious, he has more rights and legal groups willing to fight for him then you or I will ever have.


But I would enjoy watching him cook nice and slow.

I applaud the dubois family, they PERSONALLY staked out various sex offenders homes in their area in the past year while searching for their daughter. they truely never gave up hope. RIP Amber, god be with you and your family.

I have no words for the disgust and anger I feel towards the people who commit these crimes. I have a very first hand dealing with this type of crime and it has had a life long impact on my life as well as my family's. Long story short, my best friend since kindergarten, still to this day, and also my oldest daughter's God Father, his older sister, who happened to be my first crush was abducted, raped and murdered. well unfortunately Mudpuppy, the sheriffs department has reversed their previous statement about linking him by DNA to the attempted rape in December. so that means there is another person out there (@ lake hodges) with ill intensions.

I really thought (hoped) she was a runaway back when she disappeared. I didn't want to think that someone took her and hurt her!

Then when Chelsea disappeared and was found and that monster was arrested I had a bad feeling that we would discover Amber was murdered too.

I too am in favor of ZERO strikes for sexual predators and I hope we get changes in our laws that put these brutal monsters away forever!
