Let's see if I can remember, I kinda' made it up as I went...
BIG THICK Costco pork chops, slice 'em part way open to make a pocket.
Diced up some broccoli, red onion, walnuts, and cheese. I used reduced fat cheese 'cuz I'm losing wieght. (Well, at least I was before I made these.)
Mixed it all up with an egg just to hold it together. Stuffed the pockets and squeezed some lime juice over them.
A little garlic powder, bake for 35-40 minutes @ 375º and voila'!
