I am looking to bring a recently aquired abandoned house, up to "rental" type condition. It's a small 2 bedroom/ 1 bath approx. 1100 sq feet. The roof has a hole in it and has been leaking through for 5 years during the rain. It is rough, but all the basics are there. If you can put lipstick on a pig, you are the right guy for me. I am looking for someone that does not have 5 other projects going, or will bid it, demo it, and let it sit. My dad was a GC, I understand. If anyone can bust this out with roof, drywall, cabinets, fixtures, paint, landscape, etc. and has the next 60 days free to finish it, PM me and I will give you the address to preview. The neighborhood is a 250K hispanic neighborhood in Van Nuys, Ca. I do not have pics.

I may have a guy, haven't spoken with him in a while but he lives down the way from my folks in Burbank. I know his daughters well.

i have some subs that can do your plumbing, electrical, hvac, concrete, etc.. all based out of the san fernando valley.

This was 6 months ago, the work is probably done. (but maybe not)

i gotta put it out there, i can use the work for any other project that may be out there.

Pretty sure this house has been done for a couple months...
