I'm trying very hard to hold in the rant I feel right now......I think a certain rescue group should really remember their priorities. Finding a forever home for the dogs that need one. A potential, and perfectly acceptable candidate is found, people willing to transport, but because it's out of state, the answer is NO?
Grrrrrrrrrr. I am angry that this puppy is missing out on a home because of this. Cortni, does this mean the dog is still available? I know there was a lot of interest initially. Anyone that was in AZ?
The puppy is adorable and I am sure will find a home eventually
I hear you Lena. I tried everything I could think of too because I thought it was a

deal. But what can you do, they are the ones that ultimately have the last word.
Kim and I have worked with various rescues and most are so happy to find a good home that the CA thing is not a big deal. The one that has Axel (the white Lab) was like WOW because she said as full as rescues are, ANY loving and good home would be perfect in her eyes and who cares that it is in CA.
I have some 3 week old Labs that will be ready in a few weeks (and the mama) for adoption, will see if we can't hook Slash up with a good fit for them and a rescue that is not so picky.
