i am going to part out my s-10 since i cant figure out what is wrong with the motor. so i was woundering if i could store it at someones house so i can part it out?

I would be very interested in that rear axle, if it is cheap and I can arrange transport.

the rear axle is not the right one for my truck. i got hosed at the pick-a-part. it runs out of gear at about 70 mph and says 90 on the tach.

I would still be interested in it.

what do you want for the complete rear axle? Do you know the gear ratio?

since your a good guy how does $50.00 sound? i will try to see if the tag on the rear end says the gearing tomorrow during the day. do you want the complete rear end from drum to drum?

if elcamino bro doesnt get the front end. then the front end will fit. all will bolt right up.

My Blazer is an Xtreme... Different stuff.

the front end of it shouldnt be any differant. the body is all the same. now talk about the suspinsion and yes it is different.

Are those LED taillights? If so I'll take them.

Technically, yes it will bolt up, but the rest of the Blazer has ground effects and what not.

yes they are the oval led lights. you may have them if they guy backs out on buying the whole bed. if he does they are yours $10 for the pair with the boots.

what was wrong with the motor?

it ideals perfect. when givin gas it back fires through the air intake and cuts out. if eased in the throttle then it will run ok. it ran great two months ago. went to take off and thats when i noticed the problem.

you may want to list this on dezertrangers.com there was a guy looking for an s-10 frame. I dont know if he was looking for an extra cab or single cab.

I had that same problem on a fuel injected motor we installed in a carbed vehicle, it was the cam shaft, replaced it with an edelbrock, and problem went away. was it the original motor?

no things didnt work out.....thank fully it was for a good reason. i would of felt really bad if he did and this happened.

ohhh man...yes it is the original motor. it has 230,000 miles on it. so i guess not to bad for a chevy motor.

I didn't know a chevy motor was capable of going that far!! Someone got their monies worth for sure!

Were you able to find out the gear ratio of that rear axle?

no i havent. i have been really busy. i am going to be pulling the motor and trans out tomorrow. when i am under there i'll take a look to se if the tag is bolted to the diff. sorry man i will let you know.

other then that the HOOD,TAILGATE,BILLET PEDALS, THIRD BRAKE LIGHT,REAR END, AND MOTOR AND TRANS ARE SOLD.

man I miss my sonoma. One of the most if not the most comfy truck I ever had. I wish I would of never sold it. It was a 4.3 5 spd and ran like a champ.
