Would take a lot. You would think maybe being paralyzed would do it , but as Wheelie Bar and David Bailey have shown, even that can be overcome. Oh yeah here's a pic of Doug Henry, who has managed to find a way to still have fun:

He's still faster than you (and me) . . .

Last year I dislocated my L3 and L4 in my neck. Scared me pretty good but I was back out riding 2 weeks later.
I just can't see giving it up. People like JR Roberts (in his 60's and still racing the Baja 1000 on 2 wheels) freaking motivate me.
But to each thier own. Only you can answer that question.

Fractured T7,8,9, and 10 and still going out. I can't think of anything that would make me stop off hand, other than the grave.

I've tried and just can't seem to give it up.. I think If I got a cage around me while racing I might be able to, but not likely

I will ride until I am physically unable to. It's in my blood.

I try everytime I get out of the hospital...it last about 1-2 months before I'm back on a bike.
I have given up tracks for the most part though...that's where the majority of my injuries came from.

just bought a LT sand rail so I haven't been riding my bike in a while. Don't really ride anywhere much besides Glamis, so that really limits my seat time. I love dirt bikes but the rail is a different kind of fun! Or maybe the saying is true...with age comes a cage
