Would take a lot. You would think maybe being paralyzed would do it , but as Wheelie Bar and David Bailey have shown, even that can be overcome. Oh yeah here's a pic of Doug Henry, who has managed to find a way to still have fun:

He's still faster than you (and me) . . .

Last year I dislocated my L3 and L4 in my neck. Scared me pretty good but I was back out riding 2 weeks later.

I just can't see giving it up. People like JR Roberts (in his 60's and still racing the Baja 1000 on 2 wheels) freaking motivate me.

But to each thier own. Only you can answer that question.

Hows the leg?
Fireballsocal
Fractured T7,8,9, and 10 and still going out. I can't think of anything that would make me stop off hand, other than the grave.

Knee replacement and the threat of loosing a leg if I break it again!! But wait I still ride!!! But I may need to sell due to lack of funds!!!

I've tried and just can't seem to give it up.. I think If I got a cage around me while racing I might be able to, but not likely tongue.gif

NEVER!

I will ride until I am physically unable to. It's in my blood.

I try everytime I get out of the hospital...it last about 1-2 months before I'm back on a bike.

I have given up tracks for the most part though...that's where the majority of my injuries came from.

that picture of wheelie bar on razorback mag was pretty cool

When the blood stops flowing through my veins. Nothing else will.

what kind of question is that Tony?? ca'mon now i would never think of getting off of my dirtbike. even after haveing a good spill or two i still get right back on.

there is only two ways for me the grave or a brokin bike. but they would be replaced with another one quikly.
BansheeBoy914
now that i have my bike and have had it in the dunes.... you'd have to pry it from my cold dead fingers haha
jdubrr
just bought a LT sand rail so I haven't been riding my bike in a while. Don't really ride anywhere much besides Glamis, so that really limits my seat time. I love dirt bikes but the rail is a different kind of fun! Or maybe the saying is true...with age comes a cage 25biggrinangela.gif
