Is that my old 8" HID? Lots of trick stuff on that bike. I love the enzo suspension and saddle tank. Even though its a new chain and will stretch, that sucker is tight. Let me know how the suspension works out there.
By the way, I was unpacking some things and found the honda owners manual for the CR250R frame. If you PM me your address, I'll mail it to you.

Good Eye,
I hate to say it the light is the only used part on the bike Still working the bugs out the Enzo setup.
Hard pack and whoops are insane the faster I go the smoother it is
Still having some problem with slow sand stuff A lot of weight has been added guys at Enzo are great should have it worked the next few days.
The chain has been ajusted it just came off the stand.
I had to take a picture.
It is never going to be that fresh ever again.
When I have some time I will sit down and add a list of all the stuff that is done

in 2010 they put a little dust seal on the top bearing so when you wash your bike down no water or dirt gets in the stem and locks the bearing
easy fix safes alot of grief

How are you running tubeless with spoked rims? Is it a bib mousse setup? BMW has those hybrid spoked rim/tubeless tire setups but you are using the stock excells.

Take a look at the neutech website pretty cool setup
Super small kevlar donut that seals the tire that is set at 100 psi
then on the outset I am running 12 # with slime so if I do get flat I can push a plug in
They also say it works as on big rim lock even if you have a flat and you have HD tires with stiff sidewalls it will still run
I had it on the bike for 3 weeks and have not lost any air
I feel I am being a guinni pig but I have heavy duty tubes with me as back up we will see how it goes

Sweet bike!
I race with a guy who tried a rear Neutech set up a few weeks ago. He got a flat during the race and DNF'd so having an extra tube is a great idea for just in case. I've heard good and bad things about the tube less setups so it sounds like a cool deal if they can work the bugs out of them.. What part of Mex are you riding? I have done a lot of miles down there also and nothing beats it!

That sounds like a great time.. By yourself or?? We did a ride 2 months ago from Santa Veronica to Mikes Sky Ranch and back.. When we stayed the night at Mikes, we met a dude from Canada is was riding all the way down to South America on a motorcycle.. He had a 6 month vacation and thats what he chose to do.. Contrary to what the media reports about Mexico, the people are great down there and you will have a good time. Might be a good idea to get a Spot tracker and rent a satellite phone for emergencies. With the Spot tracker, your family can log into their site and see exactly where your at, etc.

Wow what a trip,
It was much better than I ever could have wished for.
Miles of beach riding, single track you name it we rode it. I did not make the Full Pull I took a little spill and ended up about 80 miles short of the 1372 miles
What a great group of people everyone was so helpful.
Cameron and Jeff have Baja Down. So cool riding with these guys they really take the time to show you all what Baja is all about.
The ride it self is one big blur getting up at at 5 am making sure your gear bag got on the chase truck then quick a breakfast , pink ribbon awards and on your bike for 200 miles of EPIC riding
Coming in at dark get a bite to eat , work on your bike for a few hours and if you where lucky shower and in bed before midnight
Day 6 we had less than an hour of sleep.
As long as we where in the dirt there was no time to get tired where it really hit was the 20 miles of highway at night before you got back to your hotel.
All I can say is look for the Fuel tv episod that is coming out it is going to be crazy
between the Heli footage and Kevind Ward (dust to Glory) who had a 50 pound Camera in his backpack and drove his Honda 650 like a mad man
Where ever there was a good shot to be filmed he went ahead, set his camera up got the shot as we drove by and packed everything up and went to the front of the line again.
I can not even begin to think how that is going to turn out
They where setup for a 30 min program but now they might have enough footage for hour long show.
Not to sore a few blisters I tried to stand most of the way so monkey butt wasn't that bad (floating in the pool with the wife in Cabo helped alot too)
Already planning for next year.

Oh Yes he is, and his crazy Min.......e push up game at first I thought it was lame but after being in it for awhile it was great fun.
The funny thing is when we where there we really did not understand the coverage that we where getting but every time I tried t tell a story about the trip everyone's standard answer was " I KNOW"
when we got to Cabo "The Office " there where people there that walked up to us and Knew our names mostly "Scrambler" Like we where movie stars.
I will try to got some cool pictures up

I had my share.
We even got one of the guys in the airplane on the ride back. he thought the game was over
We asked a stranger to go up to him and ask who's bag that was of course he answered then about 10 people on the plane yelled drop and give us 10 he had no idea we where sitting there.
the rest of the plane had no idea what was going on hilarious
