That was my buddy Dave
John Campbell just rode the first day to start us off it was very cool to have him there
It is funny how things sink in some times.
Sitting in little places in Mexico having breakfast and looking up on the wall and seeing Johnny's signed pictures all over.
and thinking it is so crazy I am here right now probably one of my best experiences of my life doing the Rip to the tip.

Damn, I just read through the 5 pages on RD.com. Looks like a epic trip of a life time. I got to chase a thophy truck down to San Felipe and I thought that was amazing. I ride some tough desert here in AZ, but I don't know if I could endure 1400 miles of Baja. I would love to try some time. What an amazing trip for you.

There where a few Soltek's offered to the Baja gods.
Yes a trip of a lifetime before we left I was a little worried with all the negative news coming from Mexico but I have to say.
I felt very safe the whole time, that had alot to do with riding on the Desert Assassins coattails
So glad I had a chance to to this.
We just got back 2 weeks ago and I am already looking at my bike and thinking what do I need to do to get ready for the next one.

Did you sign up for the beach bash? I might sign up for that one if they do it next year. This thread is going to cost me a lot of money...Already pricing out a WR to build up.
