Seem to be bound up, electric jack goes for a little then clicks; when I try it manual it gets stuck. Anybody have a recommendation for repair in Phoenix?

Is it the motor binding up or twisting up on the landing gear? I have my motor twisting off the landing gear on mine.

Also check the fuse, I had that happen also.

check fuse also i have had the top gear go bad if i came remember right good luck hope it happend at home !!

Ive had the pin that holds the crossbar come off before and get jammed up.

Very easy fix... we had our bar Snap... and had to get it replaced... but we had it replaced with alot stronger bars!!

In further looking its definitely not the pin and/or the bars. Part of the plastic gear piece is broken off and the jack on the driver's side fell down to the ground. Strangely enough the passenger side is working now, so I know its not the pin or the bars.

So is the plastic gear box twisting off the metal section of the landing gear? That is what mine is doing. When it happens it jams up and you can't use the manual crank like you said. I have not fixed it yet but what I do is jam something between the plastic gear box and landing gear tub so when I jack the 5er up it will not allow the gear box rotate down and jam up. I ordered a new motor and gear box, motor worked out great but can't find the right gear box so I have not completely fixed it yet.

Change to a dual motor set up, I have the shafts to convert them, double's the rating.
