John, Judy and I are in! Talking to Jay and Bruce although they're not up for the drive. Slackers.
We were going to rent a Class A Pusher but cost is outrageous so we're pulling the Warrior. Judy will ride with me on the way up and I'm going to fly her home after.
Also, looks like Jay, Bruce and I are going to make the trip this coming weekend. Weather should be in the low 80's!
Do I need to book my own spot for Oasis?

John, if you could fit one more in your group i would be interested in making that trip. I think my 2 seat Alumicraft could have a good time with that crew. Any ideas on what spaces you would be taking? I would rather have 50 amp svc .and no sewer than the 30 amp with sewer. Only reason is that I have been there in June and if it decides to get hot, 50 amp service allows both AC units. Let me know?

So anything new with this trip? Been pretty quiet in here about it are we still on? If so I have lots of stuff to get started on. If not I guess I can put it off till it gets real hot and miserable before i get working on stuff. If we are on does anyone have kids that ride quads? I have a 12 year old grandson who is an excellent rider but does not really like riding in the sand car. I was wondering if anybody was bringing quads and kids?

I just got off the phone with the Sunoco fuel distributor in Ogden, UT. He can get us dealer pricing if we commit to at least 3 barrels of 110 or 112. price is 341.00 plus 12.00 tax and a barrel charge of 29.00 unless you have a barrel exchange. I am in for at least one barrel and would rather haul it from Ogden than Vegas or in most of your cases from CA. Downside is that they are a Mon-Friday business so it would have to be planned to pick up Friday afternoon. It is right off the I15 freeway. i may have some extra room but won't know for awhile so anybody interested in this?

I did get a hold of him today and his price for VP is right at 340.00 with a barrel exchange. He does not like to do sat. deliveries but would if we had a big enough order. I will have enough on board the trailer to get me thru the first few days so a Monday delivery for me would be fine. Let me know if you guys want to do this as a group thing or just handle it on your own.

I talked to Gene and got everything set but there is an issue with length of your rigs. The spaces are 55' max at the resort .I am 71 feet so it looks like I might have to take on 2 spaces. Which could work out as he is willing to cut me a deal and having the trailer next to the rig would be ok. Just a head's up when you make your reservation for the spots John has is make sure you check on the length of the space.
