Parm cheese - fresh grated, or the jar-grated, shake-on type?

1. Put some butter on a deep skillet, add some choped green pepper mix untill the butter is melted drop in the fillets then add some onion, cilantro, black pepper and garlic salt. 2. Grab some foil paper, mix some butter with chipotle peppers in adobo, put about two spoon fulls on the foil, put a fillet on top. Add some shrimp, green pepper, onion, cilantro, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Wrap them up and put them in the oven for like 30-45 minutes. Both recipes can be enjoyed with some white rice.

Loko that recipe has my mouth watering! I am definitely trying that out.
One of my favs with tilapia. In foil or parchment whatever you prefer. A little bit of sliced scallions and ginger. Add some soy and white wine. Put in the oven for a tasty treat!

Went fishing with my brother years ago to the Salton Sea. We used live Tilapia as bait to castch some giant Corbina, tossed them all back, wouldn't eat anything out of the Salton Sea. We tossed the left over bait in his fish tank and they're a still alive, must be 7 years at least. Those Tilapia are hearty fish, they live in any water, any conditions.
