My tenants bailed early this year and I wont make it till the last week of June. It is a small cabin just north of St. Anthony 1bedroom 1 bath and a loft with a double bed. There is a spot to stick an rv outside and use hookups. Also a detatched garage. I am looking to get some weekly renters before I get there. I am having a property management co. deal with details and rent is still not finalized. Just checking to see if anyone is interested. It sure is nice to take a real shower after a long day of duning. It is about 11-12 mi. from the BLM where day use is free. I also have an open trailer there that could be part of the deal. That's a cool idea!, it would be real cool if it had a diret road to the dunes!!!
