I am looking into a loan on a custom built 5th wheel trailer/RV. The lender said they needed a third party dealer to appraise it. Any dealers out there? Anyone know anyone?
I am in San Diego, but willing to travel a little.

remember if you purchase, when the day comes to sell it, most lenders won't lend unless it is listed in a Kelley Blue Book, I had that problem a few years back. I paid cash for a Toy Hauler that Forrest River was a parent company mfg of, when it came time to get rid of the Banks and the dealers had problems, called forest river and they informed all that they only built a limited number and had no intension of paying to list in the Kelly Blue Books so only thing I could do to get rid of was to trade unit in on a New Purchase from an RV dealer I took nearly a 50% hit compared to comparable units manufactured by same manfacturer.
