According to Dune Guide the Curfew is 10p.m. at Florence, However I was under the impression it was midnight curfew like sand lake. Sand lake is 'no riding from midnight to 6am'
Winchester Bay is 24/7 though.

did w-bay a few seasons back, bitchen time, course its not socal weather. Love riding the beach, even though there is a posted speed limit, think I clocked just over 75 mph on it.

there is no beach riding at winchester bay, maybe you are thinking florence or coos bay? if there is riding at winchester on the beach, please let me know how you got there. in the 12 years i have been duning there, we have never found beach access, only by foot or car.
