Has anyone done this? Been thinking about doing this for a while now but just wondering if its worth the trouble. I have a 2007 38 ft Beaver pusher and a 2008 37ft fithwheel toy hauler that do not get used much at all. Any good rental agencies that are good to go through??

A colleague at work (now laid off) used to do that. He had a short class-A, 32-footer IIRC. He made his payment every month with rental income. On the down side, he lost the vacation-home deduction, but he wrote off the depreciation as a business expense.

Stuff's not renting much right now, I think you might do real well if you set it up at the campsite so peeps can bring their toys and just have a nice place to sleep?

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Some people seem to be renting out their toyhauler to break even or make money, others seem to be doing it to just get some extra cash out of something they don't use all the time.
Either way, screen your renters well and make sure it's insured for this type of thing.
