Can some of you give me a run down on what it takes to remove and replace a Rhino motor?
What to look out for and the approximate time it takes to do this?

Whatever you do once you take the Rhino motor out, Don't waste your time putting a rhino motor back in!!!

simple deal in MO, removed my first time in less then 2 hours and thats removing a modded cage, doors and body. remove the bolts holding the front diff and roll the diff foward a little that will allow the drive front shaft to be removed. No need to unbolt the rear diff; when you pull the motor pull up and foward and the rear shaft will come lose.
Only thing to watch for is there is a spring between the rear drive shaft and the engine; it will fall out when you yank the motor out out.
3.5 hours going back in for me and I'm slow.

Thanks for the info. A customer asked if I could do it and how much to charge. I said I would look into it.
What's critical about re-mounting the front diff?

25 min. Just did one last night. I dont move the front diff, I do the rear one. Leave the motor mounts on the motor and unbolt the mounts from chasiss. had the motor out and cases split in an hour.

Not a darn thing, just stick the bolts back in
