83 250R, told it needs top end.
Think im gonna have to rebuild front and rear shocks too.
Will take pics along the way.
Wont be a fast build as $$$ in non existent
for this build. Itll take time and hopefully
ill be able to trade stuff for what i might need
in the future, so if you guys find that you are
cleaning the garage and come across some
250r parts that you wont be needing let me know.

Awesome score and looks in very good shape!

Just saw a $50 ATC piston in the classifieds, check it out.. Maybe it was meant for you!

Well, got to remove seat today and take a quick look.
Was going to do some clean up on it, but as i was walking
out the door, my AC guy showed up and got stuck
for a few hours.
Got a Answer sp? pipe on it.
A KEIHIN carb on it.

Do have a question though, it looked like
there were schrader valves at the top of the forks,
after they come through the triple tree. What would
those be for? Ill try to get some pix tomorrow.Sun.

What about this? Is this meant only for
damaged cylinders?

No air box either.

Schrader valve

Is this only for Nitrogen? Or can I use
a air compressor? Maybe just need air for forks,
forks look dry, ie no extra oil outside.

Bueller

Well, added some air to 2 tires
moved bike so can start working on it

Noticed that front tire seems to be
too far to right, 1st pic, is this
how others trikes front is?

Also, seems to be listing to the left
2/3rd pic. Could this just be from
the forks needing a rebuild?
Or could the front be bent? And
if it is, how would i go about
correcting this?
