So I got this '86 cr80......and it needs another wheel. Do I convert it into a trike with 250r front hub/triple clamps and atc90 rear axle/carrier on the modded cr swingarm, OR do I rape the engine out of it and fit it into one of my 70's??????? I dont realy want to mutalate one of my 70 frames, but a bike to trike conversion just wouldnt look right would it? Too high and just wrong.......?
Help me out guys, love to hear your thoughts, or see pictures related to the topic.

I say make it a mini trike if you have a kid for it....otherwise......throw that baby in a atc 70!!!!!

Well, that was the idea, and the reason I bought the CR80. After thinking about it, I didnt want to ruin a perfectly good 70 frame. They are hard enough to get down here, let alone cutting them up!! After all, I only have 3.......
Nup, my mind is made up, I'm gonna trikeify the CR.
And forget the kids.......I want to ride it!!! If its not powerful enough, I'll find a CR125 engine and jam it in there.........

Yeah, I will, I will...... Gotta finish the lifan 125 conversion into the '78 first......

Work will be under way on this soon, the 125 is finished (just a bit of paint to go). Firstly I'm going to cut and shut the rear swinger and fab some mounts to hold an atc110 rear bearing carrier. Stay tuned.
