Around 4 parts olive oil
around 1 part honey
fresh thyme
around half less fresh rosemary
zest of one lemon.....per pound of shrimp or so
fresh chopped garlic...up to you smelly breath
ground pepper
Let this sit for a couple hours.

Here is where it gets good. Add breadcrumbs to turn your marinade into a sticky paste. I used the cheap generic crap tonight. But make your own or add some panko and youre golden

Cover and let marinate. NO SALT yet. Sucks the moisture out the little shrimpies

Right before grillin salt yo meat and go to town. Dont take long to grill. Secret is being gentle so your awesome breadcrumb coating dont fall off.
