Have a 32FSC WW the charger is a IOTA Power Converter/Battery Charger DLS 30 SERIES and I think the charger isn't working, here's what I found so far - have power at the outlet. The IQ4 smart-charger plug in thing is rapid flashing ( trying to charge? ), but the wires are showing 11.73v and dropping. All cables are clean and tight, GFI isn't tripped. Any thing else I could check out??
Thanks J.

Are the batteries good? Water level? Will they charge with a regular charger? I have a couple of optima batteries that will only charge to 11.2 now.

I think it has been posted here that there is a hidden fuse on the back of the charger.

Batteries are a year or so old ( 2 6v. ), water level is good. I've checked all fuse that I know of, 40amp after batteries and their is a 30amp on the side of the charger all are good. Batteries are showing 11.7 and the wires coming out of the charger are showing 11.7 too. I'm in Lucerne Valley working, so most of the tools ( charger ) are up in Oregon. I've noticed the light were starting to dim some, that's what got me looking. So everything was ok up until a day ago..
Thanks J.

Yes, it should be fine, but I would unplug the Iota unit while using it. When you hook it up at the batteries, compare the voltage you see at the batteries to the voltage you see at the cables on the Iota side. Should be close to the same- maybe a small difference.
Might be there is an issue with the cables...

Went and picked up a charger, everthing is all charged up.. Would now be a good time to upgrade the Iota to something different or better? I have a 30amp hook up now but will be changing to a 50amp soon.

Those 30 amps chargers have a limited life, 50-55 amp charger will be a good upgrade.
