i like the idea of the e track system for my carhauler but concerned about the proper use of the product. if i line the length of my carhauler flat on the deck down each side and across the front and back, when using the rings should i worry about side loading them or pulling at different angles?

or should i install the e track on the outside of the trailer, vertically?

just concerned about what is the right way to use the attachments.

i ran 2 rows down my trailer, tight to the wheel wells. did seem kind of strange with the angle of pull on the tie-downs. my trailer dealer says he has used it like that for years, tying down his race cars. i have never had any issues with it either, just seems wrong. i screwed mine down every other hole into the plywood, about 200 screws. my new trailer, which i get today, i am using retractable ratchet tiedowns. load everything. locate mounting points, mount tie-downs and always have the tie-downs in the correct spot. ebay has them. i went with the all black 2" 3000lb
