So, long story - I will try to make it short.
I have a Banshee w/ 400 Cheeta Cub and all the goodies. Friend was riding it and blew it up.
OK, whatever - the kicker in that story is he said - "it was a piece of I eat poo when we unloaded it" - yea, not so much. Live and learn. Too many threads to count on that topic - even a "sorry" would have been cool, but really now.....
Fast forward to now. Still have a done blowed up Banshee. Not really in the mood to jack with it. Likely a head gasket, not siezed and brand new cylinders from the last rebuild - ie 400 cub, so I imagine it can go ver without any issues - just done with it. Been there yourself?
Trolling CL and find a 70. 85 or 84. Bone stock. Hit the guy up - talk trade. His offer - atc 70 - runs all stock and a 200 doaner bike.
What say the group?
How much can i expect to spend on the 70 - 78cc kit, bars, etc before it is fun? IKs the 200 ATC good for parts on the smaller bikes?
Chime in please.
Thank you in advance.

Very clean all original except recovered seat and aftermarket front fender. Runs good. Just sits around not getting used so best offer takes it. Might trade let me know what you got. Pink in hand.

just like kasey said you can get alot more for your banshee. the stock atc 70's run right about $300-$550 bone stock running. higher 5's if it has a 88cc kit on it.

Yummi you sound frustrated with the Shee, agree with the others you could get a better deal then stock 70 for what you have. Stugots (Randy) has a talent for building 70's.. Keep us posted on the deal (decision you make),

OK,
DBart or others? Looks like the 70 is gonna be a bit upgraded. So, only want to do it once.
This request re buggy was going to be a ways off, but the plan is have the buggy and the 70 at least look like they came from the same "stable." Ad, I like the way the car lookjs for now. Dig the purple frame, etc. So, the request? Same as always. I have a vision. Don't know exactly how to describe it; but here goes......
Winner gets a gift card to Outback? (I do appreciate the effort that goes into this stuff.)
*******************************************
Three major panels to paint – Roof and two sides. Also center counsel comprised of three minor panels and an intercooler scoop. Not 100% when I will be doing this. But, want to start working some ideas and tie in the 70 from the get go. So; here is what I am looking for. First; let me preface this. You photo shop guys have complete control. I figure you are the experts, so my goal is to tell you what I am looking for, and you interrupt that in your own fashion. (Light bar and uprights on front end will be chrome one of these days)
Graphics in general for me:
NO FLAMES, NO SKULLS, NO FACES, etc.
Not a big fan of tribal; but I really like geometrics – that is a fine line.
Big fan of ghosts
Fan of flags – not a flag in specific, just the folds and that effect.
Fan of ripped metal.
So – The project. Re color the car in MEDIUM METALLIC SILVER with graphics in Orange and Purple with accents as you determine.
1. Need all the panels "painted" the base color.
2. No graphics on the roof.
3. Graphics on the side panels at the rear 1/3 to ¼ “flowing” over onto the intercooler scoop
4. There is a front panel of the back side of the counsel that faces forward on the car – is yours to do with as you please. (Even skulls, flames, anything – yours as you please - Confined by colors of the car)
5. Paint two helmets – light graphics; just enough to “Tie them” to the car.
If you can do a 70 to be from the same stable that would be too cool....
*************************************
Thank you so much in advance.

About four....

- they all look the same and the effing HOA. Dont even get me goin there. Once some landscape grows up it should be ok... well, i hope. It was the same in the last house as well. Couple years, they start looking better with landscape.

So this thread morphed into a photo shop thread.
Dropped the panels off today at Nash. Very nice guy - gave him free reign to do as he pleases with the photos hop ideas, etc. If any of you Phoenix folks have been thinking about doing business with him, I imagine you will be pleased.
Will post pictures when it is done.
