I figured that I would ask here before chasing a ghost today. We have WW 3200fsc. If we have the radio on and turn on a light or a faucet the radio will cut out for about 2-3 seconds then come back on. It will happen if we are plugged into the house or or not. It didnt do it for a bit this morning after I was hooking the batteries back up. then I checked it about an hour later and back to the same. Any ideas?

check your trailer ground and make sure it is tight and clean
probably under the trailer next to the batteries
and/or your radio ground (behind the radio)

But also remove and clean all your battery post connections with a wire brush and use dielectric grease when reassembling them.
Battery terminals can look clean and still lose connectivity due to minute corrosion between the clamp and post.

I thought that I would double check everything before I post again. All connections were cleaned before my last post and thought everything was fine. Well Nik and I charged up the 6v up for a bit and tried it again and the radio worked just fine. Then we let the batteries die out a bit and the radio was cutting out again. The 6v are dead. They will not hold a charge. I see that as my problem. Before I go buy 2 new 6v any comments. BTW, the 6v will not hold a charge..

Might want to spend the extra cash for Trojan T105 batteries. They are a very good quality battery.

Might be too late to save them, but did you check the water?

How old are the batteries?

Both batteries have never been dry and they are about 3 yrs old. One holds a charge better than the other so I think the dead one killed the good one. Both were Interstate 6v. I might have to go with four 6v because everyone that has that set-up has no problems at all. pros vs cons?
