I'm from Mallorca, a small island in the Mediterranean Sea belonging to Spain, so we are part of the EU. (Although some say heads who think we Northern Morocco:))
Here for example, the theme of motocross, quad or tt or trial or go with the jeep, is very restricted! all we have are circuits to shoot and very few ... here or there are no hotels or parks and nature reserves!
So the only thing we can do (in my case motocross) is rolling on ..... circuits instead, also I have a house in northern Spain, in Galicia in the mountains and indeed it seems that you are in another country because there are hundreds of acres of mountain where we joined friends, with the quads, with the bikes, with tt'sy nobody says anything! for a celebration ...
but what is in Mallorca is impossible to roll down the mountain, totally impossible! and make it impossible for you not to go ... once we went to shoot some dunes in a natural park, but then we have to go!
