NASA is stating that Mexicali moved some two feet from the earthquake earlier this year, by comparing satellite images from before and after.
That won't stop illegal immigration. 
They also said it moved south, AWAY FROM, California. 
Maybe we'll have beach front property in Glamis, "Pismo South"
