I am getting ready to drill the latch holes for the doors. I was wondering if any of you had some last minute advise before i start drilling ? It is a RZR and i have been trying to get them adjusted where I like, buy I guess I just need to go for it .
Duneroller
Have the mounting bolts tightened and the Rzr on all 4's before drilling. The frame flexes quite a bit.

Make sure you check it 3 or 4 time where you want it before you drill ;-)

I drilled mine a little higher so that I have to lift up on the doors to latch them. It helped to make them tight and no rattles.

use the rubber pads that come in the kit, should be about 2 inches of compression to get the pins lined up.

I have no rattles or squeaks..

I had to tweak the doors to get them to fit.
I used a bar clamp and went from corner-to-corner until all the holes lined up with the skins.
They fit great and open and close real nice now. out of the box they were way off.
