My 2006 Weekend Warrior LE3305 water heater get the water way to hot, is there a way to adjust the temp? The unit is a Attwood but I don't see a t-stat to adjust anywhere.
Thanks

Everyone i have seen is like that.
Never heard of a adjustment. Make sure you turn the cold water on first.

Outside on your water heater is 2 small type buttons with wires running to them, (they might be under some black foam), 1 is your t-stat. You might want to replace it or have it checked out.

Hope this helps.....

I think that's by design, hotter water means you would use less so the small tank capacity doesn't affect your shower. But yeah, it's an instant scald if you're not careful.

In May's Good Sams Highways there is an article about this problem.
On page 53 the advice is that you can buy an adjustable thermostat for the Atwood water heaters. Also states that none is aviable for the Subrban water heater. Look at 3/4 way down the page P/N A93105.

Installed P/N A93105 and everything is much safer now.
Thanks
