Never heard of rum frosting, probably good. Do you make that or you can buy rum frosting? I am making a jello pie today. Lime jello on the top with lemon jello, one brick of cream cheese and cool whip middle. Then Graham cracker crust. my favorite, very light and yummy!

chocolate rum frosting
* 2 cups icing sugar * 1/2 cup cocoa powder * 1/2 cup butter, softened * lots of tablespoons of dark rum or Kahlua * 1-2 tablespoon sour cream or milk
Cool Thanks, I need to start baking more again. I used to it a lot when the kids were little but just doesn't seem worth it for just one person.
My daughter wants to learn to cook and I think she can even make the chicken this way so Im going to share this with her. When I left home at age 17yrs old the only thing I knew how to make was Mac n' Cheese.
Tried to get her in the kitchen more but she had no interest before now. She wants to cook for her man now. cute! My Son was the one who liked to learn how to cook. He loved being in the kitchen and especially if it had to do with making pizza or spaghetti. He was a fearless cheff and thru stuff together and it came out good.
Im going to try that cake and icing though, thanks for sharing!

We did pork chops in a bag with apricot jelly, they turned out really good. Just dump the jelly in the bag and bake.

Ok Esco when should I come over for dinner, I'll bring the cold beverage of your choosing. If you can't I'll try 2nd gear, she can bake too, thats a big plus.
