It's was the Federal rail. The guy that has it for sale now is the 4th. owner and called me asking about the title because evidently, Federal Sandrail never registered the rail because he didn't wanna pay the taxes on the 54k the rail sold for. He never told that to the second owner and didn't mail him the title until months after he picked up the rail and it was still written up as being from Sinister being sold to Federal, so he was unable to register the rail. None of the new owners have been able to get the rail registered because technically, it's still Federal's rail until he pays the taxes, gets the new title and signs it over to someone else.....
