Want to remove the graphics off the toyhauler. Any tips or people that can remove and buff out? I've done it to my jetskis before and it was kind of a pain in the
butt. Any info would be great. -thanks.

If its a fiberglass sided trailer it will be easier, but the older they are the harder they will be to remove and more shadow left in the sides of where they were.
The goo off stuff works pretty good after the vinyl is removed.
Paint supply stores might have a better choice, and a rubber type wheel paint shops use to remove grafics and moulding glue.

helped do my buddies 30' WW It was a pain in the ass! the rubber wheels for your power drill make it way easier tho, we got ours at an auto body supply house. could not find the good ones anywhere else. they look like they are made of pencil eraser material, you put it in a power drill and at low speed just buff em off. the down side is that if your trailer is a few years old, you will still see em cause the fiberglass fades where the sticker was not. have any questions just pm me i have done the whole process.

I just spoke to a lady at RVStripes.com in San berdo, she quoted $400 to remove them...doesn't sound all that bad.

Get a 2500psi pressure washer and get 1 in. from the sticker. it will peel off like butter. if you have sticky stuff on the trailer 3m makes adhesive remover it works great.

How old is the trailer (Graphics)? A few year old trailer the fiberglass turns a slight yellow. You might not be happy with the end result if this is true. Just a thought before you start. If you want to still do do it just put the 1 side of the trailer in direct sun this hot sunny weather is perfect for this. Use a razor blade to just start the edge of a point. Pull slowly so that the vinyl won't break. Moving slow is faster for this type job. once the vinyl is removed use goof off like jackxclan suggested. works real good. The chemical in goof off is Xylene which i buy by the gallon to do this its cheaper but stinks bad. I would use goof off first Xylene if you cant find goof off. I'm in the graphics business for the last 13 years and hate removing graphics but it part of the job... be careful with goofoff it will melt plastic if left on too long.

They do pretty good work. Our 02 Monaco was not full body paint and we had them re stripe it and polish it out, after the paint depo wanted 15k to paint it. Came out great and total cost was about $3500.

She did my last 5er......removed decals, buffed, waxed, COMPLETE 100% interior detail, repainted the steps, landing gear and bumper, fixed a couple thing also.
Was around a thousand bucks. Did an excellent job too!

Thanks to all for putting your 2 cents in. I will probably try one decal and see what it looks like. The trailer is a 2005 so the graphics have been on a while.

I have used this wheel and it works great

You can try to peel them off first in the heat, but the stubborn ones need the wheel.

All Good Advice, if you have major fading on the fiberglass, there are some places that will wet sand the sides that will take most of the fading off. I just had my boat done, and it is 12 years old and it looks like new.

My brother just stripped his and the best way to do it is rent a 4000 psi pressure washer and blast them off and buff afterward. The shadowing of stickers is there with in weeks after they are installed. We peeled my friends new trailer the week he got it and it was already shadowed from the sticker must be a chemical in the glue. You have to order the trailer as a grapic delete with no stickers from day 1.

Holy sh########T!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't wish that job on my worst enemy. I rented a 4000psi pressure washer and it took about 7hrs solid to get those f-ing stickers off. Then when I'm done it looked like a confetti bomb went off and stuck to everything.... drive way, lawn, bushes, street even the lap dog's fur had custom graphics. Tracked through the house. It was a real Sanford and son weekend. It came off in slow 3/4" strips and I think the Southern California water district is looking for me. I then had it color sand and buffed. The end result was pretty good, but like some of you mentioned, it still shows sign of the stickers and slight yellowing. If your going to do it, do it right when you get the trailer.

After awhile, they start to fade, crack and peel making it look older then it is. I personally like no stickers, makes it look longer...kinda like trimming the bushes by the tree.

Exactly. The graphics were looking bad. I have a little better shaded area to keep her now. The graphics had to go.

I havent had a chance to remove mine yet but I am and going to be calling a mobile detailer to wash and wax to try and get rid of most aforementioned fading in the next few weeks.
