Ham and pickle with cream cheese.............
A slice of your favorite ham, I like Black Forest ham,
Spread some cream cheese all over 1 side. Wanna use a flavored cream cheese, go for it,
Place a dill, kosher, or any other kinda dill pickle on the edge of the ham,
Roll the ham with the pickle inside it. place the pickle so that it is not sticking out the ends of the ham, got it?
Cut "jelly roll" slices and stick a tooth pick in it, if ya want to, to hold the ham in place.
I don't think any kinda sweet pickle would work, but have a nut and try it, I don't like sweet pickles at all. I like Nathans pickles for this.
Good for standing around the camp before or after a ride just for a little snack. make these ahead and keep 10 in the corner of the fridge for sh!ts and giggles. They are best right when ya make'em. Just sayin......

Sounds rad. I'd think a long-way quartered pickle would be the way to go?

Sounds good.
One of my favorite sandwiches is ham, cream cheese, and jalepenos so this sounds right on target.

Gallo salami (instead of ham), cream cheese, jalapeno sliced lengthwise (instead of pickle). Been making this for years, and it's always a hit in camp. Easy, too!
You got good stuff, BBT - keep 'em coming!

Yep, that's what we do. We've substituted red bell pepper slices, but the ones with the green onion always go first.

Whole green onion, or sliced lengthwise into halves/quarters?
This sounds tasty too!

I usually half the green onions, but my sis in law leaves them whole and they still get gobbled up.

Good ideas guys, grilled green onions is gonna be on my list next.
Yes a quartered pickle, my bad for not mentioning that
I guess you could put anything in the middle, whatever you like most, asparagus, pickled okra, etc.
Y'all have given me some good ideas.
Razor, I've been cooking for many years, just comes natural now, well, almost
