Rubbed them with olive oil and Montreal Steak seasoning. Wrapped them in foil and threw them in the oven for 1.5 hours at 350. Then un- wrapped them and threw them on the grill for about 20 minutes rubbing KCs bbq sauce. Meat came of the bones easily and they tasted real good.

rub them with a mix of garlic powder, brown sugar and cayenne pepper. let them sit for a few hours, then put them in foil and on the q for 4 hrs as low as possible, turning and moving frequently. remove from foil and q them on high for 10-15 mins while basting with sweet baby rays. OMG!!!!!!!!

I'm a fan of Sweet Baby Ray's as well. Not to knock, but I think ribs can be cooked on the grill only, no oven needed. In fact, I've never cooked ribs in the oven.
Good lookin' ribs and good lookin' boy you got there.

Yes they can be done just on a grill, but it would have to be done on a grill that can be adjusted to very low heat. Ive tried both and this way to me has come out with better flavor and more tenderness. At 350 for 1.5 hours I could pull out the bones so longer time wasnt needed.

Oh and of course hes a looking boy, he looks like me. One problem though, you see that swirl or what ever you call it in his hair right on the forehead? That means hes got a real bad temper, and he does!!

That's a shame that you make that boy eat them ribs when it's obvious he can't stand them. What kinda dad are you? cheese and rice.............
I used to cook ribs in the oven, but I do them only over charcoal now, and have for a long time. That said, as long as the people that you feed like'em......git it on!!
Just once, try making your own BBQ sauce. Catsup, garlic, what'sthishere sauce (you know what that is, right?), salt pepper, red pepper, cayanne, yellow mustard, cider vinegar, just to name most of the ingredients, but not all. Give it a shot, you might like whatcha come up with.
The absolute BEST recipe in the world started off as a eff up, or an experiment, think about it

Next time throw them on the grill for a few minutes each side, then coat, wrap and slow cook them. I used to do it the way you did,(which works), but if you grill them first they taste much better!
