I just got back from visiting Spencer. He is doing well, but still needs to stay in the hospital. The Doctors say he is still bleeding off and on throughout the day and needs plenty of rest so he can heal before he comes home. They are hoping they won't have to re do all of his sutures. Time will tell. He is a trooper though!

I can't thank everyone enough for the support/votes/donations for this lil' guy! Thank you very much!

VOTED! Had my kids vote and will send it out to my family/friends too! I have a very large network in the rescue community. May I ask what is wrong with the lil feller? I always hate to think of a doggie suffering. Too bad you weren't in AZ, I have a SPECTACULAR vet here that really did a great job on his surgery, and the cost I was charged was a fraction of what others quoted me. Top Notch staff and service. Poor lil Spencer

Spencer has a urethral prolapse and he was bleeding huge amounts of blood. He had surgery Monday and is still showing signs of bleeding but is progressing well. I hope to have him home sometime this week.
