Make UFOs
Dollop of brie
Dollop of peach jam
2 raspberries and 2 blackberries
Egg wash around the edges of the UFO
Squeeze edges
Egg wash sides
Sprinkle sugar on top and edges

Pam cookie sheet (double layer type one)
Oven at 350
Space them far apart
15 minutes

You know this is like the time I was hammered and tried to make PB&J crepes. I used corn tortillas laughing.gif I remember I was really concerned whether I was offending the French people or Mexicans.
