All measurements were taken from the center of both cups, when the rear arm was level with the transmission. My driver side is 25 and 3/8 inch. My passenger side was 24 and 5/8 inch. I was thinking 25 inch axle for the driver side and 24 inch axle on the passenger side. This measurement would be end to end not clip to clip. Some advice would be great. Thanks.

sounds like that would work for axle bind but you still have to measure droop, if the cv binds, you will have to back cut them, or you will have to go to mid-boards and then run a long spline axles, if the cv binds on droop, and you do not want to back-cut then run a limit strap about 1'' to 1.5'' above the binding point, the length of the limit strap can be determined on the stretch of the strap some straps stretch more than others, the new beards are a 4 layer and might stretch less.
